UPDATES: Parent's Night Out Resheduled & Provider Notice of Vacation

SUBSTITUE IN AFTERNOON ON 27 JANUARY:

My Substitute provider (Ms. Faith) will be here 27 January from 2:00pm until closing. I am asking that everyone please be here on time to pick up your children. I will be here when you all drop your children off in the morning until 2:10pm. Every child that does not go to school will be given a take home sheet when they are picked up since I will not be here to tell you about your child’s day. All of the children have met Ms. Faith and they enjoy playing games with her if I need to be absent for any reason. EARLY PICK UP:
On Wednesday February 10th I would greatly appreciate it if everyone could make arrangements to pick their children up by 5:00pm. My Husband and I have a graduation ceremony to attend.



VALENTINE’S DAY PARTY:
We will be having a Valentine’s Day Party on Friday February 12th at 3:45pm. If you would like your children to pass out valentine’s/candy or treats during our party please send them to daycare that morning. Parent’s are invited to come join the party. We plan on making cookies and cupcakes for our party during the day on Thursday & Friday.


PARENT'S NIGHT OUT:
Parent's Night Out has been rescheduled for 19 February this month due to the holiday on 15 February.

Parents are welcome to drop their children off at 7pm Friday evening and pick them up by 9:00am Saturday morning. The cost is $20/child. Please feed your children dinner before dropping them off and bring them over in their pajamas. There will be a sign up sheet at the front door.

Please, Please, Please make sure you are on time picking your children up on Saturday morning. Late fees in the amount of $1.00/minute will be charged to anyone who arrives after 9:00am to pick up their child(ren).

Also remember that this special night of childcare at discounted rates is open to the public (children do not need to be enrolled in my daycare to participate).




NOTICE OF PROVIDER VACATION:
I will be taking a vacation in April beginning 5 April and ending 9 April. (This is the week of Spring Break for the Pemberton Township Students)

Per our contracts I am not responsible for obtaining alternate care; however you know I am not going to leave you hanging….. You are free to call my substitute provider (Ms. Faith) and book in with her. If you choose to use my substitute during this week please note that you will pay her directly and she will have you sign a substitute provider contract for that week. * Child Care will be provided in the Substitute's home for this week.
